Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and, for coloring products, with the markers unopened. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or write to hello@mendlylife.com with your order number. We send you the return address and instructions within 1 business day.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Shipping fees paid on the original order are not refunded, except when the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, your choice.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or design you want.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, opened marker sets and items that have been colored or washed cannot be returned.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us at hello@mendlylife.com.
