We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products and correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed, in which case we will notify you and offer a cancellation.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that fail our fraud checks. If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Promotions and discounts

Automatic discounts and promo codes apply only to the products and periods stated. They cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and cannot be applied to past orders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mendly Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Product use

Coloring products are recommended for ages 6 and up and should be used under adult supervision. Follow the care instructions provided with each product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
